Gym Battle Guide

Before reading, please take note that this guide may spoil the hack

Here in HarvestCraft, there are no Gyms. Badges are still obtainable from NPCs that acts as a Gym Battle. They can only challenged on a required day (When their shop is closed).

1st Badge

You can choose your 1st Badge between Lilia or Quinn

Lilia

Type: Normal
Badge: Blank Badge
Day Outside: Sunday
Location: Left Side of Town

Quinn

Type: Fire
Badge: Warm Badge
Day Outside: Tuesday
Location: Right Side of Town

2nd Badge

If you chose Lilia as your 1st badge, then Quinn will be your 2nd Badge and vise versa

Day Outside: Sunday
Location: Left Side of Town

Quinn

Type: Fire
Badge: Warm Badge
Day Outside: Tuesday
Location: Right Side of Town

3rd Badge

White

Type: Ground
Badge: Soil Badge
Day Outside: Monday
Location: Left Side of Town

4th Badge

Black

Type: Steel
Badge:  Metal Badge
Day Outside: Monday
Location: Dark Mine 2nd Level

5th Badge

Kai

Type: Bug
Badge:  Swarm Badge
Day Outside: Thursday
Location: Right Side of Town

6th Badge

Elli

Type: Fairy
Badge:  Pixie Badge
Day Outside: Thursday
Location: Right Side of Town

7th Badge

Buck

Type: Grass
Badge:  Dew Badge
Day Outside: Wednesday
Location: Left Side of Town
Other: "Trapped Event" must be complete.

8th Badge

Stiles/Stella

Type: Psychic
Badge:  Brain Badge
Day Outside: Any
Location: Player's Farm

      To battle Buck, you need to make sure that you have completed the "Trapped" event in the game. To do this, take a look at the Story Guide on here. It's the ninth event on there. The events have to be done in order though, so you won't be able to get to this event until you reach Winter for the first time (because of the seventh event). Anyway, to activate the "Trapped" event, do the events beforehand, then go back to the library.

      SPOILERS

      Then the mayor will talk with you about investigating why the wild Pokemon are aggressive lately. After that, walk into the woods from the closest entrance (entering from the town square). Stella will then walk towards you and bring you into the woods. It turns out that it wasn't Stella. It was Trevenant. Anyway, you'll be trapped with Stella and after talking with her for a bit, Gray will rescue you. All three of you will meet with Buck and he'll explain who the Trevenant is and that he lost to him before. He then says he'll train the three of us and that the first one who can beat him will fight Trevenant.

      END OF SPOILERS

      After that, you can now fight him when he appears in town. Be prepared, though. His team will be leveled around the mid 40 range.

      Yeah, his team can be pretty tough if you didn't pick Froakie as your starter. I would recommend training up either a Water or a Rock type Pokemon, since all three of his Pokemon are weak to them. I think you can fish for some Water Pokemon (like Magikarp and Surskit), and find some Rock Pokemon like Geodude in the Dark Cave.

    Hello recently I have beaten all four gym battles so far but I search every Monday in the dark mines for mister black, I am currently playing the newest version but by still not being able to find him I train and train,could you also tell me how does the inventory know when it's about 5:00pm it still says day in the inventory ? Thank. You
